Report damage and graffiti

What to report

Help us keep people safe and the power on by reporting anything out of place.

If you've seen something that doesn't look right on our network, you can report graffiti and minor damage to us via Snap Send Solve below or via the app on your phone.

We want to keep everyone safe so, remember, don't touch any damaged equipment, or attempt to remove graffiti yourself.

Once you have reported it, we'll get on to addressing the issue quickly.

Anyone identified or caught interfering with our network, tagging or placing posters on our network equipment will be reported to the NZ Police.

Here are some examples of our network equipment [PDF, 365 KB] to help you identify them. You will also see the WARNING sign on all of our substations, kiosks and distribution enclosures.
